These artworks are the result of a long research that Anna Pennati has been carrying out for many years towards the expression of what can be defined as the archetype of forms and ideas.
Mixed media on paper, with collage and ink, then applied on canvas, constitute the Black Series: from an intense black background, which attract and hypnotize us, leading to isolate ourselves from our surroundings, white shapes appear, representing objects from distant worlds, but that we find in our unconscious, which then communicates with them, perceiving their sounds and vibrations, creating a unique fantastic harmony.
